COVID-19 RESPONSE AT PTC FOR LIFEWAY EVENT

Thank you for your understanding as we keep everyone safe & healthy  

MANDATORY:

  • Maintain 6 feet of social distance at all times
  • Enter/Exit through the designated doors
  • PTC is not able to provide child-care or nursery
  • The maximum allowed in PTC for this event is 100 people  

RECOMMENDED

  • Wearing a mask where 6 feet of social distance cannot be maintained
  • To eat and meet outside for breaks and lunch time; weather permitting (bring lawn-chairs or a blanket)  

WHAT SEATING LOOKS LIKE IN THE SANCTUARY:

  • 32 places (of 2 chairs) for co-horts on the main floor with social distancing in place
  • Larger cohorts may utilize the tiered seating that is designated for use; leave 3 empty chairs between cohort groups  

BREAK TIMES & LUNCH:

  • Breaktimes and lunch can be taken in the sanctuary or outside
  • Please bring your own snack, drink and lunch
  • Only the socially-distanced washroom line may linger inside the foyer
